I do not have a pressure cooker with me as I cooked it the traditional way. So perhaps I’m not in a position to provide the effect duration if you use the pressure cooker

I did try the Cantonese style last year. It turned out wonderfully. Of course I’m going to try this receipe too.May I ask, can I use Pressure cooker for braising?
Pressure cooker always needs a much shorter time rather than 2 hours. Please advise. Thanks. I love your recipes very much.
