I braise 6 lbs or so of baby bok choy with some pork tenderloin, a lot of garlic, salt, and pepper in water in a clay pot in a slow oven. The pork sits on top of the vegetable and the fat renders into them, and the slow braising creates a rich broth. I had no idea I was sort of recreating an existing recipe! I agree – extremely delicious.
