I had big Bok choy…cut whole thing up, fried in avocado/olive oil, bit of chicken soup base and bit of “liquid smoke!”…..So quick , so delicious! Also had sliced mushrooms and water chestnuts added….yum! Son added garlic. I added slices of ginger…Son had bought bag meal Asian Lomein and veggies….added that at the last. Turned out fantastic!

I usually serve the bok choy as a separate dish and not to add anything to it. YOu can cook other vegetarian dishes that go along with it. Tofu is a great example. You may want to try out one of my favorite tofu recipes. Here is the link: https://tasteasianfood.com/sweet-and-sour-tofu/
