Thank you so much for the recipe, much appreciated!! Absolutely love this recipe and only added a bit of baking Soda in with the meat to marinate to make it tender. This recipe is a winner in my house and will surely become a staple.

Thank you for your recipe. It was by far the best broccoli and beef we ever had. We did use Chinese broccoli because our local asian market is closer which was still good. It wasn’t parboiled but rather the stalks cooked first until almost done than the leafy section until slightly wilted and tender.

I made it today.
I just put the meat In baking soda to tenderize it and waged it before marinating.
It is so delicious
