Thank you for sharing this recipe from scratch! Many other recipes I’ve encountered use a pre-made herb satchet as you had mentioned. I could not find that mix at my local Asian grocery stores, so I brought your article to the herb shop. A lot of the herbs at the shop had the scientific names, so your photo with the herbs and the labels in both Chinese and English common names really helped me figure out which ones to buy.
