Hi, this is my first time seeing your comments as I was searching for the tastier butter cake recipe. Was glad of your summarized details and explanation of each ingredients function and proportion to use. This is especially helpful for ad hoc bakers who bakes for hubby and family when free. Can you imagine having spent so much time and the result may not be that great?

Do you have ay videos or FB, IG etc that I can subscribe to? Will be great if I can find pandan cake and Japanese chewy texture bread recipe from you too. Thanks again for your great sharing.

Hi Luna,
I am unable to pinpoint the reason without baking with you, but it can due to insufficient mixing and baking temperature too low. You can pay attention to these two factors the next time you bake the butter cake.
