Made this yesterday and it was soooo good!! I had reservations about adding curry powder to the seasoning sauce as I don’t think I had ever seen that before in other recipes but I went ahead anyway and I am glad I did . In place of MaggI chilli sauce, I used 4 tbsp sriracha sauce (Thai hot chilli sauce)and 1 tbsp of chilli sambal, as it’s what I had.

Thank you for this gem and it’s definitely a keeper.
