I did not use tomatoes and potatoes this time, but sometimes I add both and omit the sweet corn just like what my mom used to do. Cut the way that you like, as long as it tastes good. Cheers!

I like this soup because it is simple, and nutritious. The size of the carrot slices seem quite large, and so do the sliced radish (daikon) pieces.
