I made this beef and mushroom dish tonight. Stir fry sauce was amazing. I improvised a little as I made it spur of the moment. I used very rare sirloin tip leftover with red pepper shiatakes and sweet onions. Amazing dish.
Couldn’t get a picture because the family couldn’t wait to eat it.

Hi. I printed off your beef and mushroom stir-fry recipe and noticed that your description stops at #3 where you add the mushrooms and stir-fry over medium heat. That’s it. Nothing else about adding the rest of the vegetables, the sauce, or the slurry. I read your entire post and watched your video so I know what to do. Just thought I’d let you know that the recipe is incomplete. Thank you for this recipe. Can’t wait to try it.
