I used fish sauce instead of oyster sauce since that is all I had. I used 2 dashes liquid stevia instead of sugar and 1/2 tsp molasses. I loved it … it turned out just like a favorite dish of mine at a local Asian restaurant, only fresher and punchier. Thank you!
