In reply to Stephanie. I suggest just marinating the wings with the spices. Chicken wings are relatively thinner, so it should be OK to do so.

Hi, how can I adapt this recipe to chicken wings only? What can I do instead of putting the spices inside the chicken cavity since there is no cavity?

In reply to JK. Suggest to chop up to a quarter chicken if your pot is too small. Not recommended to cut into small chunks as too much flavor will be lost in the water.
