In reply to Kong Siew Foong. I have an air fryer but have not tried using it for the pork chops. It is very likely that can be done as you mentioned.

Hi… Have you ever tried to air fry the pork chop? If we spray the pork chop lightly with a bit of oil and put in air fryer, will the outcome be crispy?, Thought this would be healthier method and really appreciate your comments. Thanks so much.
By the way, I tried your cashew nut chicken recipe the other day. My family loved it very much.

That is a great twist of the original recipe with Cajun powder. Always good to explore using the local ingredients to create something new.

Hi,

I tried this recipe today and my family really liked it! I didnt have 5 spice powder so I used Cajun seasoning. And it tasted pretty awesome too!
