Thank you for sharing this recipe! I have loved mapo tofu since my friend introduced me to the instant sauce packets many years ago. Made from scratch is so much better. Your instructions and video are easy to follow and I like that you don’t use so much oil. Can I grind the dried peppercorn or do I have to roast them first before grinding them?
