Hey, tasty recipe! Thanks for sharing.
Please let me share a tip for using dried chillies. If you cut them into small pieces with a pair of scissors before soaking them, the seeds fall out a lot easier. I put the chillies in a colander and shake them over a bin to quickly get rid of the seeds.

Hi Novellian,
This recipe is the same recipe we use in our restaurant. Since our customers like it, we do not make any changes to the recipe. Hopefully, you will like it as our customers in Kuala Lumpur too 🙂
There are different ways to prepare the sauce, and our is the Malaysian version.
